Caddo Parish Teachers Federal Credit Union (CPTFCU) is committed to meeting all your financial needs. We may disclose nonpublic, personal information about you to the following types of third parties: Financial services providers such as those that provide mortgage, securities, and insurance. Non-financial companies and others such as non-profit organizations.
We may disclose all of the information we collect, as described above, to companies such as data processors, check/share draft printers, financial statement printers, plastic card processor and government agencies, as permitted or required by law.
If you decide to terminate your membership with CPTFCU, we will not share information we have collected about you, except as may be permitted or required by law.
How We Protect Your Information
We restrict access to information about you to those who need to know the information to provide products or services to you. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard your information.
How to Opt Out of Certain Disclosures of Information about You
If you prefer that we not disclose nonpublic, personal information about you to certain parties that are not affiliated with CPTFCU, you may "opt out" of these disclosures. That is, you may direct us not to make those disclosures. This "opt out" will not apply to certain necessary disclosures that are permitted by law (such as transaction processing), but will apply to non-essential disclosures. If you wish to opt out of non-essential disclosures, you may select one of the following methods to exercise this right:
